2200*6600  per batch 5tons whole tyres, 3batch 2days.

2600*6000  per batch 8tons whole tyres, 1batch 1day.

2800*6000  per batch 10tons whole tyres. 1batch 1day.

2800*6600  per batch 12tons whole tyres. 1batch 1day.

If the tyres is chipped, can feed more.

Payment:

Frist pay 30% as advance by TT, when delivery pay 70% by TT

 

Delivery time:

We will delivery the machine within 15-25days after get the advance payment(30% of the total amount).

 

Warranty and machine life:

We guarantee the complete machine one year, the reactor life more than 4 years,others parts no need change lifelong expect the wearing parts.

 

The machine Raw material:

The reactor is made of Q245R(Q345R) Boiler plate.

 

The machine installation and catalyst formula:

We will give the foundation drawings to buyer after make the order .we will send engineer when buyer get the machine. The engineer mainly install the machine and training your workers.it is free, you just pay the ticket, accommodation and food is ok.

we will supply the catalyst formula after you order the machine,you can buy it at your local.
